Terms of use

1. Who we are

SpinWise Academy (“we”, “us”) operates spinwiseacademy.com and the software tools available on it. You can reach us at sales@spinwiseacademy.com.

2. Who may use the tools

You must be at least 18 years old. You must also satisfy yourself that using software of this kind, and any gambling you do alongside it, is lawful where you live. Gambling law differs between countries and between Indian states, and it changes. That responsibility is yours alone, and we do not check it for you.

3. Access tokens

• A token grants one person a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use a named tool for a fixed period.
• Validity runs from the exact moment the token is created — to the second — not from when you first use it.
• A token locks to the first device that opens it and works on that device only. We can move it to a new device on request.
• Do not share, resell, publish or transfer a token. Doing so ends your access immediately with no refund.
• We may revoke a token that is being shared, used to attack or probe our systems, or used in breach of these terms.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, resell or redistribute any part of the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the rules the software applies
• Access our systems by any means other than the published tools, including automated scripts
• Interfere with the service or attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours

5. No guarantee of results

The tools record spins, apply defined rules and report outcomes. They do not predict where the ball will land, do not change the odds of any bet, and do not guarantee a profit. Roulette carries a permanent house edge — 2.70% on a European wheel — which applies to every spin independently and which no software can remove.

Any figures shown in a tool, on this site or in our messages describe past results only. Past results do not indicate future results.

6. Your money is your responsibility

You decide what to stake and whether to play at all. Nothing in the software is a recommendation to bet, and nothing in it is financial advice. Any money you lose while using these tools is your loss, and we do not compensate it.

7. Availability

The tools need an internet connection and depend on services we do not control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any tool. Where a paid token is affected by a prolonged outage caused by us, write to us and we will extend it.

8. Payment and refunds

Access is sold for a fixed period. Because a token is delivered immediately and cannot be recovered once issued, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree in writing. If a token never worked and we could not fix it, contact us.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the token in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page always applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
